Vouchers – the most important information
we offer value and stay/service vouchers . The voucher is not personal – it can be transferred to another person. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase , unless the offer states otherwise. Redemption of the voucher requires prior reservation directly with the Hotel and is subject to availability. Vouchers may not be valid on excluded dates (e.g. high season, holidays) or require an additional fee – as specified in the offer. The voucher is single-use and indivisible . Any unused amount cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash . Vouchers are available in electronic or paper form. Detailed rules for sales, redemption, cancellation and complaints are available in the Regulations for the sale and redemption of vouchers.
